Orders & Shipping

We are a local business so our policies are relatively straightforward.

Placed orders will be processed within 2 business days.

Most items will be shipped via USPS or UPS. The carrier service with the faster estimated delivery date will be selected. Please leave a note if you have a carrier preference.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Open boxes are unacceptable.  If it is a store error, we will cover the costs. If you change your mind on the purchase, please contact us first and we will resolve it together. 

For large items, shipping rates are higher. We encourage customers to consider larger items in-person first. Delivery can be arranged for reasonable distances, along with installation if needed.

Please ensure your credit card billing address matches your shipping address to avoid any confusion when shipping and ordering the items.
