We are a small store so our policies and procedures tend to be simple and straightforward.
We will try to fulfill placed orders within 2 business days.
Most of our items will ship via USPS or UPS. Whatever service estimates a faster delivery date, we pick that. If you have a preference, please leave a note for us.
Returns are 14 days. If it's our problem be it damage or defect or wrong item dispatched, we cover the costs. If a change of mind, contact us first and we will work something out.
For large items, shipping rates will increase. We encourage customers to consider big ticket items in person first. We can always deliver upon arrangements for reasonable distances and soon offer courtesy setup (and soon carseat install checks).
Please ensure your credit card billing address matches your shipping address. We order online ourselves too and it's always a hassle for customers, retailers and credit card issuers to deal with quirky transactions.
