Q1. How soon will the order be shipped?

A: Orders will usually be shipped in 2-3 days, or 4-5 days during holiday or promotion periods. Items can be picked up within 2 hours. Please call us before placing order for pickup. 

Q2. Do you provide car seat installation?

A: Yes. Please call us and make an appointment for car seat installation.

Q3. Are exchanges available?

A: Yes, exchanges can be made so long that the item is in its original packaging and condition.

Q4. How do I return an item?

A: Please contact us first, then refer to our Return Policy under the 'Help' tab.

Q5. Is there a warranty on any of the items?

A: Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty policies. 

Q6. Is price-matching available?

A: Yes, we can price-match with other authorized sellers to  their online displayed price. We will NOT price-match with external personal discounts applied on the product. 

Q7：Are delivery options available?

A: Yes, we offer free delivery within thirty miles. Please first call us to confirm.
